Purchased products will be shipped within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase.

All Shipping in India or outside India: Extra Shipping will be charged on all orders outside India.

We offer free domestic delivery inside India and work with a number of delivery partners to ensure hassle-free delivery.

RETURNS
Our garments are all made to order. We do not accept exchanges or returns once your order is confirmed (orders are confirmed after 24 hours of ordering; if you want to cancel your order, please contact us at info@ishramcouture.com within the 24-hour time frame). However, in the event of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Courier charges will be applicable and will be borne by the customer.TAXES & DUTIES

Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in. PAYMENTS
All payments made against the purchase's services on ishramcouture.com by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third-party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by Ishram Couture. Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done so as to ensure a safe and a full proof online shopping environment to our users.Ishram Couture may employ such other third-party facilities, for Payments on the Website. Such payments can be made through the electronic transactions, as may be permitted by Ishram Couture which shall be at its sole discretion. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.
While availing any of the payment method /s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited fo the following:
(a) lack of authorization for any transaction/s;
(b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your "Bank /s”;
(c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction;
(d) or decline of transaction for any other reason /s.
The option of 50% downpayment is available only on inspired custom designs based on submission of pictures, design ideas from your end. For all other outfits displayed on the website 100% amount need to be paid while placing the order. If you choose to pay 50% of the full price, we can immediately start in designing the dress, and you will be required to pay the remaining 50% balance after we finish the dress and send you its pictures and get it ready for shipping if it's all great! You can also choose to pay 100% of the order's price when placing it.
All the customers are required make 100% payments before we ship the orders at your shipping address. For customers opting for 50% downpayment option for inspired custom outfits, balance 50% payment is mandatory before shipping of the order. Ishram Couture will not be responsible for any delays in delivery because of delay in making complete payment by the customers. The tracking no. for courier shall be activated or made available to the customer only after the entire payment is provided by the customer.
REFUND
In order to create customized dresses for our customers, our entire design and production process is coordinated. Because of this, any partial or advance payment made by the customer to make the order will be non-refundable if not notified within 24 hours of the order date on info@ishramcouture.com.(If a customer notifies us within 24 hours of their purchase, a refund will be processed within 14 business days of the date of the purchase, less any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway.)
DELIVERY
Ishram Couture endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Ishram Couture fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Ishram Couture may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.
