Refund and Return Policy
However, in the following scenarios it is possible to exchange the item(s) ordered:
Manufacturing Defect
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our Quality Control team. If you receive an item, which is faulty or damaged, please write to us at info@ishramcouture.com describing the issues within 2 days of receipt of the order.
We will be able to exchange items with manufacturing defect after running a stringent quality check process on receipt of the return. We will send you an email confirming that the return has been accepted. Cost of the return will be borne by the customer. The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Once the return is accepted, we will re-make the same item and send it for you within 18- 20 working days.
Incorrect Size
We do not accept returns or offer refunds in case of incorrect Size. Please do refer to our Size Guide before placing an order.
However, in case of an incorrect sizing we will be happy to alter if the item(s) received are of an incorrect size. Please write to us at info@ishramcouture.com within 2 days of receipt of order.
Once the item(s) returned reach our warehouse, we will be able to alter and send it back to you within 18- 20 working days. Cost of return to be borne
by the customer.
Returning For Alteration
If you return your item(s) by post or courier for alteration, please email us at
info@ishramcouture.com with your name, address, order number, reason for returning the item(s), shipping agency and tracking number of the parcel.
Ishram Couture cannot be held responsible for items lost in post, damaged in transit or held at customs.
Changes/ Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you may write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at info@ishramcouture.com. The payment will be returned after deducting the transaction fee of the payment gateway in the same mode as received, within 14 working days. Once an order goes into production, i.e., after 24 hours, cancellation and refund are not possible.
All custom orders are excluded from the returns policy.
